These instructions set out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase from this website or from healthstore.wiremedical.com.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

FedEx Ground Shipping Cost – Free to the Continental United States

FedEx 2 Day Air Shipping Cost - $37.85 minimum for the Continental United States

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within one day, all orders placed after will be shipped within two days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our office by Tuesday or within the next two business days.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Exceptions can be made if a copy of the purchaser’s state-issued identification card or US passport is emailed to us at  onlinesales.support@wiremedical.com

International Orders

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed by our shipping carrier, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
