Return and Exchange Policy
You may return any item purchased from this website or from healthstore.wiremedical.com only if the product received was defective. To initiate this return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and follow the instructions below under "To Initiate a Return" and "Return for Refund.” If approved by Wire Medical, any return will be exchanged for the same product that was purchased. A refund will be issued in the amount of your original purchase price only if the product will not be in stock in our Orlando office within 10 days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded under this policy
- All original item accessories (battery, power cord, etc.) must be returned with the item to receive a full refund
- Item(s) must be received by our central return center in Orlando within 15 days of the return authorization number being issued. Items received after 15 days of the return authorization number being issued will be returned to you and your return request will be rejected
- Items purchased as part of a Bundle may only be returned as a Bundle and must contain all original items and accessories for a full refund
To Initiate a Return
- Contact us at 407-476-4010 within 3 days of delivery to return or exchange your item(s)
- Please have your Order ID and reason for your return noted
- We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Return the item(s) using the prepaid shipping label sent via email from Wire Medical, Inc. and instructions that we provide
- Credit or replacement will not occur for items received after 15 days
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense
- Once we have received the returned item(s), the replacement item(s) will be shipped
Return for Refund
- Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process your refund, if approved by Wire Medical, inc.
- Your refund will be paid via a corporate check mailed to the purchaser’s address that matches the address the purchased item was shipped in the amount of your original purchase price. This return may be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price if a copy of the purchaser’s state issued identification card or US passport is emailed to us at onlinesales.support@wiremedical.com
- Typically, refunds show up on your credit/debit card within 4 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return. This is dependent upon your financial institution’s policies
Return for Exchange / Replacement
- Once we have received the returned item(s), the replacement item(s) will be shipped
- We don’t offer exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item
Definitions
- Return Authorization (RA) Number – This number is assigned to the return request and identifies the specific item being returned
- Received – Your item has been received in our Orlando office
- Unauthorized Return – Returns received without an RA number
